Heritage Building Engineering Manager – Live Operation Lead

The Boden Group seeks an experienced Engineering Manager to lead the engineering operation at Manchester Town Hall following a £550m restoration. You will own the engineering function for this Grade I listed building as it moves from construction to live operation, overseeing hard services and coordinating contractors.

You will manage multidisciplinary teams, ensure safety, compliance and operating efficiency, and drive performance against KPIs for this flagship project.
