Salary: £31,236 to £33,951 per annum
Responsibilities
Reporting to the Maintenance Manager, you will carry out installation, testing, servicing, fault finding, controls checks, preventive maintenance work and occasional projects across student accommodation and university teaching spaces. You will prioritise work daily as issued through the Archibus system, gather quotes for materials and support Estates in ordering supplies.
Qualifications
The successful candidate will hold an NVQ Level 3 or equivalent, have completed a recognised apprenticeship, hold core domestic gas certification, heating and water appliance qualifications, and demonstrate good all‑round competence and experience with plumbing and mechanical installations in a variety of building types.
