Palliative Care RN – Nights

Sue Ryder Duchess of Kent Hospice in Reading is seeking a registered nurse to join our inpatient palliative and end-of-life care team. You will provide holistic care to patients with life-limiting illnesses and support families, working within a multidisciplinary team to achieve the best outcomes.
