iQ Student Accommodation in the UK is seeking an Assistant Manager to be the second-in-command at a busy student site. You’ll support the General Manager, blend operational oversight with hands-on leadership, and ensure residents receive consistently high service.
You’ll drive occupancy toward a full house, coach the Resident Experience Team, manage viewings, coordinate inspections, and maintain a welcoming reception area while building strong ties with local universities.
