Property & Safety Compliance Manager (Part-Time)

Riverside is seeking a part-time Property Manager in London to oversee a portfolio of mixed-tenure shared spaces across a designated patch, conducting inspections, prioritising defects, and ensuring safety and regulatory compliance.

The role requires a valid UK driving licence, experience in building safety or property management, strong IT skills (MS Office/Outlook), and the ability to record data for analysis. Working pattern is Wednesday, Thursday and Friday, 17.5 hours.
