Fire Safety Manager — Higher-Risk Buildings Lead (Contract)

The Guinness Partnership is seeking a Fire Safety Manager on a fixed-term contract for up to 6 months. You will deliver technical leadership across fire safety activities, including Fire Risk Assessments, inspections, and remedial works to high standards in line with legislation.

You will lead QA of Fire Risk Assessments, oversee fire safety management in Higher Risk Buildings, and provide robust technical challenge and assurance reporting to senior leaders, contractors and regulators.
