Catering Area Manager – Lead School Kitchen Teams & Safety

Middlesbrough Council is seeking an experienced Catering Area Manager to oversee school kitchens and day-to-day staffing. You will coordinate with Mobile Catering Supervisor and Unit Supervisors to ensure healthy, nutritious meals are prepared to required standards.

The role includes training catering teams, managing all food production activities and related paperwork, and collaborating with HR and management across the catering service.
