Level 2 Swimming Instructor – Part-time Opportunity (3 evenings a week and 1 PM) – Immediate Start!

Overview

Delivering fantastic one-to-one adult lessons following the Turner Swim programme syllabus and teaching methods. Building a strong relationship with clients, facility staff and management. Expanding swimming and triathlon knowledge through attending regular Turner Swim instructor development sessions. Recording client’s progress. Ensuring a safe learning environment is provided for clients, hotel guests and spa staff. Regularly reporting to management.

Responsibilities

• Deliver one-to-one adult swimming lessons following the Turner Swim programme syllabus and teaching methods.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, facility staff and management.
• Attend regular Turner Swim instructor development sessions to expand swimming and triathlon knowledge.
• Record client progress and maintain accurate notes.
• Ensure a safe learning environment for clients, hotel guests and spa staff.
• Provide regular reports and updates to management.

Role and Candidate Profile

• Turner Swim actively recruiting for an enthusiastic Level 2 qualified swimming teacher or coach with competitive swimming aquatics backgrounds (club level or above).
• Strong passion for teaching and coaching swimming.
• Desire to deliver a high-quality, 5-star service with intelligence, charisma, enthusiasm and a keenness to learn.
• Passion for swimming and helping others succeed.

Role Details

• Part-time role starting in July 2026 at two luxury hotels located near Tower Hill, London.
• Schedule: 3 evenings per week and 1 afternoon, equating to 13-15 hours per week.
• Roles involve teaching adults on a one-to-one basis to a broad range of clients, from water phobics to triathletes.
