Physicist Consultant – Quantum & Optics R&D Leader

Awerian, a defence and security technology consultancy just outside Cambridge, seeks an experienced Physicist to join a multi-disciplinary team. You will design investigations, prototype concepts, and lead projects that translate science into real-world safety outcomes for UK clients.

You will collaborate with engineers and scientists, manage project activities, and engage with stakeholders to drive innovation while maintaining rigorous technical standards and security clearance readiness.
