Responsibilities
- Manage daily activities with the operational and back-of-house areas of the store, including the cash office, health and safety policy and procedures, stock flow and loss prevention, product management, scheduling and planning.
- Lead, coach, drive and inspire associates within a designated area.
- Identify issues and opportunities based on selling and customer feedback.
- Assist the Store Manager in delivering a premium consumer and employee experience.
- Influence others through persuasion, deliver relevant information with confidence, and build a strong network of relationships.
Qualifications
- A passion for Nike and/or love of sport.
- Some experience in retail and/or leadership positions.
- Very good command of English language (written and spoken).
- Experience and competency in delivering exceptional consumer service.
- Ability to coach and develop a strong team.
- Strong focus on communication.
- Flexibility to work in shifts and on weekends.
