Assistant Manager: Auto Centre Lead with Uncapped Bonus

Halfords is seeking an Assistant Manager for our Cheltenham Autocentre. You’ll split your time between workshop support with technicians and driving centre sales and customer service, reporting to the Centre Manager.

Previous hands-on mechanic experience or management in a similar setting is preferred. We offer on-target earnings up to £43,100, base salary up to £36,000, and an uncapped bonus averaging £7,100 per year.
