Hydes is seeking a Kitchen Manager to lead day-to-day kitchen operations at Alfreds pub. You will oversee menu knowledge, ensure consistent dish quality, and deliver excellent standards in a friendly, supportive environment.
The role offers around 40 hours per week, paid hourly with two days off together, and a development program with hospitality qualifications. You will manage the team rota, uphold health and safety, and help achieve site targets while supporting career progression.
