CERT Solutions Ltd is actively seeking a qualified and experienced SEN Teaching Assistant to work at a fantastic school in Cradley Heath. This full-time, long-term position involves supporting KS1 students through small group and one-to-one sessions, especially in phonics.
The ideal candidate will have relevant experience in education and a Level 2 or 3 qualification. Your role will focus on promoting inclusion, working collaboratively with teachers, and adapting lessons to meet individual needs.
