Support Analyst — Enterprise Education Apps (On-Campus)

Nottingham Trent University (NTU) seeks a Support Analyst to provide second line technical support for enterprise applications central to the student journey. You will work within the Application Specialist team, collaborating with specialists, business users, developers, DBAs and software suppliers to diagnose issues and support upgrades.
