Manufacturing Manager: Lead Lean Production & Safety

Callaway Golf Europe in Swindon seeks a Manufacturing Manager to lead Custom Club, Logo and Embroidery production. You will drive safety, quality, delivery and cost while developing high-performing teams within a site-based facility in Swindon.

As a member of the Site Leadership Team, you will plan labour, manage production capacity and drive continuous improvement to achieve superior customer outcomes. A strong background in manufacturing leadership and SAP/ERP systems is required.
