Sue Ryder’s Stubbington Green shop is seeking a Shop Supervisor to support the Shop Manager in running the store and leading volunteers. You will help drive sales, ensure excellent customer service, and maintain merchandising and stock processes in a charitable retail environment.
The role involves weekend work on a rota, with 7.5 hours per week at £12.79 per hour. Community engagement and brand representation are key parts of the job, alongside handling the till and basic IT tasks.
