Charity Retail Manager: Lead Sales & Team (Commission)

Break Charity in Long Stratton, Norfolk, is seeking a Retail Manager to lead our busy charity shop. You will drive sales targets, motivate a team of staff and volunteers, and ensure excellent customer service while sourcing and merchandising stock.

The role requires organisation, hands-on approach, and the ability to manage a varied workload in a fast-paced retail environment; a background in charity retailing would be an advantage.
