QA Assistant (Batch Record Reviewer)

Contract: 6‑month contract

Hours: 06:00‑14:00 or 07:00‑15:00

About the Role – QA Assistant

We are currently seeking a QA Assistant to support our Quality team on a 6‑month contract within a regulated manufacturing environment. This role focuses on the review of batch documentation to ensure products are manufactured and recorded in compliance with GMP and internal quality standards. It is a fast‑paced, detail‑driven position where you will work closely with Production and Quality teams to support timely batch release activities.

Key Responsibilities – QA Assistant

• Review batch records and associated documentation for accuracy, completeness, and compliance
• Check production records including cleaning logs, temperature reports, and test documentation
• Support batch release by ensuring all documentation meets required standards
• Work collaboratively with Production, Assembly, and Compounding teams to resolve discrepancies
• Escalate documentation issues and support deviation investigations where required
• Ensure compliance with GMP and company quality procedures
• Perform SAP transactions and maintain accurate system records
• Contribute to KPI tracking and continuous improvement activities

About You

• Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy
• Comfortable working in a busy production setting or regulated industry
• Basic IT skills (SAP experience desirable)
