Compassionate Elder Care Assistant

Grand Arcade in Torquay is seeking compassionate team members to support older people with dignity and respect. No prior care experience is required, but you should be kind, dependable and motivated to help others.

You will assist with personal care and daily living, respond calmly to changing needs, keep accurate records and contribute to care plans, and help create a safe, welcoming home environment. PVG/SSSC checks are required (or willing to obtain); SVQ3 is a bonus.
