Senior Proposals Manager — Energy Bids & Strategy

WSP UK & Ireland is seeking a strategic Senior Proposals Manager to join the Energy team. You will lead and manage pursuit processes, collaborating across teams to deliver high‑quality, client‑focused proposals from capture planning through full bid lifecycle.

This role requires UK-wide and Ireland travel. The ideal candidate will have APMP Foundation or equivalent, strong bid management and stakeholder skills, and proven experience in energy tenders within the UK, Ireland, and NI.
