The role requires leading by example, mentoring your team, and showcasing creative flair to display high‑level hospitality. The role consists of straight shifts and no evenings. There will be a fully supported induction showcasing the technical skills required in healthcare and an opportunity to mentor our teams to progress in our Chef Academy.
