Infrastructure Engineer

Must have an Active DV Clearance.

Responsibilities

• Administer and support secure Windows and VMware infrastructure environments.
• Implement approved infrastructure changes through established change management processes.
• Proactively monitor system performance and identify opportunities for service improvement.
• Support the creation, execution, and continual improvement of operational processes.
• Maintain secure and resilient infrastructure services across multiple technology platforms.
• Work closely with security, service management, and engineering teams.
• Troubleshoot infrastructure issues and support operational stability.
• Produce and maintain technical documentation and operational procedures.

Skills & Experience

• Strong Windows Server administration experience.
• Experience with Active Directory Domain Services.
• Experience with Active Directory Certificate Services.
• Strong experience administering VMware ESXi and VMware vCenter 7.x environments.
• Experience supporting VMware Horizon environments.
• Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem‑solving skills.
• Experience working within secure or highly regulated environments.
• Ability to work effectively within Agile, multi-disciplinary engineering teams.
• Excellent communication skills with a collaborative and proactive approach.

Additional Requirements

• Candidates holding or who have held high level security clearance are most welcome to apply.
• Successful applicants will be required to be security cleared prior to appointment; clearance can take a minimum of 18 weeks.
