Job Summary

Supplemental Health Care is seeking a travel CT Technologist for a 13‑week contract in Portsmouth, Virginia. The role requires 36 hours per week on 12‑hour day shifts, starting ASAP.

Contract Details

• Compensation: $2,178–$2,344 per week*
• Contract length: 12 weeks with possible extension
• AM shifts available

Qualifications

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree from an accredited Radiologic Technology program
• Current ARRT certification in Radiography (R); ARRT (CT) preferred
• Active state radiologic technologist license (if applicable)
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification; ACLS preferred
• 1–2 years experience as a Radiologic Technologist, with prior CT experience strongly preferred
• Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and CT imaging protocols

Duties

• Operate computerized tomography equipment to capture diagnostic images
• Sterilize radiologic equipment and ensure patient safety
• Explain scanning procedures to patients
• Implement radiation protection practices
• Evaluate CT scans for technical quality
