Teaching Assistant

Job Introduction

We areseeking a committed and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant to join our inclusiveand supportive team.This role involves supporting pupils’ learning,including those with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND),alongside supervising and engaging pupils during lunchtimes.

About the Role

You will:

• Supportpupils individually and in small groups within the classroom and interventionsettings.
• Enablepupils to access learning, develop independence, and maintain positivebehaviour.
• Workunder the direction of the class teacher and SENCO to deliver targeted supportand interventions.
• Monitorand provide feedback on pupil progress and engagement.
• Contributeto a safe, inclusive, and well-managed learning environment.

Lunchtime Duties:

• Supervise pupils, ensuring safetyand positive behaviour.

Lead and support playactivities, promoting inclusion and social interaction
