Head of Management Accounting — Hybrid Role

The Head of Management Accounting will lead a small team of management accountants responsible for the month-end close and financial performance. This permanent role based in north Oxfordshire offers an excellent opportunity to oversee and enhance financial performance within a growing company.

You will oversee monthly management accounts, balance sheet reconciliations, system development, and staff management while partnering with the business to maximise revenue and control costs.
