The NHS is seeking an Estates Officer – Electrical to join the Estates Management team. You will maintain electrical service documentation, registers and log books, ensuring Health & Safety records, risk assessments and method statements are up to date.
You will monitor compliance in low voltage, fire alarm, nurse call and BMS systems, support budget objectives, and participate in on‑call out‑of‑hours duties as required.
