3rd Line Infrastructure Engineer – FEEL THE LOVE – Northampton

Location: East MidlandsIndustry: ITSalary: £35,000 – £45,000 per annum + Bonus, Pension, Gym

Overview

As a 3rd Line Infrastructure Engineer, you will be responsible for the support, development and administration of all Network & Infrastructure Systems. The role involves both operational tasks and project delivery across your domain, working closely with suppliers and third parties to meet strict deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Provide 3rd line support and intervention, stepping into 2nd line duties when required.
• Deliver project work within defined timelines and maintain service quality.
• Collaborate with vendors, external partners and internal stakeholders to resolve technical issues.
• Maintain a proactive attitude, accepting flexible working hours and commitment to the organization’s objectives.

Qualifications

• Experience with MS Windows XP/7, Server 2003/2008, MS Exchange 2010, VMware, Cisco, SCCM, SharePoint.
• Certifications such as CCNA or MCITP preferred.
• Strong troubleshooting skills and the ability to work independently.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
