Position Overview

Brand Ambassador for McQueen’s Dairies. Commission paid weekly, overtime available on weekends and opportunities to earn extra bonuses. Your role involves sharing the company story with new audiences, maintaining a professional presence, building rapport with customers, adapting your approach to individuals, and possessing strong product knowledge and delivery service awareness. You will handle objections, answer product questions, and consistently meet sales targets for both new customers and retention.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate with your team leader to understand map locations to canvass.
  • Clearly explain the service to customers.
  • If customers sign up, clarify next steps.
  • Accurately obtain customer contact details and product orders.
  • Enter data onto the CRM system.
  • Distribute leaflets that outline the service and products.
  • Provide excellent customer service and accurate sales pitch to eliminate complaints.

Qualifications

  • Highly self‑motivated.
  • Strong English verbal communication skills.
  • Confident engaging with the public and speaking to new people.
  • Previous experience in customer service or a sales environment would be beneficial.
  • Must be able to pass a DBS Check.
