Head of Electronics Engineering – DO-254 & FPGA Leader

Saab UK in the BlueBear Business unit (Bedfordshire) seeks a Head of Electronics to lead the electronics design and prototyping team for digital, mixed-signal, processor and FPGA systems, ensuring DO‑254 compliance and safety-critical standards.

You will mentor 8–12 engineers, own the hardware design lifecycle, drive verification, and collaborate with Systems, Software, Mechanical, Test and Programme Management to deliver across programmes.
