Maintenance Technician | Care Home Upkeep & Safety

Exemplar Health Care is hiring a Maintenance Technician for Jubilee Heights care home in Bury. The role is full-time (40 hours per week) at £13.77 per hour, focusing on upkeep of the home to keep it in excellent condition and a safe, welcoming environment for residents, staff, and visitors.

You will perform general maintenance, decorating, gardening, plumbing and tiling, with regular risk assessments and audits. Induction and ongoing training are provided.
