Estate Handyperson & Grounds Support (North London)

ECG Limited offers an exciting opportunity for a Handyperson at a private residence in North London, set in a beautiful estate. The role includes maintaining the property, supporting the Property Manager, and ensuring the estate operates smoothly.

Success in this position requires a strong maintenance background, flexibility, and good initiative. The candidate will manage general maintenance tasks, drive company vehicles, and assist with client-facing responsibilities, ensuring upkeep with a high standard.

Working hours are from 8:00 am to 4:30 pm, with a holiday entitlement of 20 days plus Bank Holidays, and an hourly rate of around £35,000.
