Trauma-Informed Family Worker for Fostering

Dorset Council UK is seeking a dedicated Family Worker within the Fostering Service to support children and young people in care and under Special Guardianship. You will undertake 1:1 and relationship-based work to help families stay connected through creative interventions.

The role includes safeguarding, liaising with foster carers and professionals, and contributing to family finding and careful matching when children move homes.
