Strategic Corporate Lawyer – M&A & Private Equity (Leeds)

Lincolncornhill in Leeds is seeking an experienced Corporate Lawyer to manage a caseload and develop client relationships. The role involves advising on mergers and acquisitions and supporting private equity transactions, presenting outstanding exposure to private equity and investment-backed businesses.

The ideal candidate should have over 3 years’ PQE in corporate law and be comfortable managing their own matters. You’ll also have the opportunity to mentor junior colleagues and contribute to team growth in a collaborative environment.
