Term-Time SEN Support Worker for Autistic Learners

Tradewind Recruitment is seeking a SEN Support Worker for a Specialist SEN School in Sheffield. You will work 1:1 and in small groups to support pupils with high‑needs Autism and complex communication needs, helping them build independence and confidence.

The role offers daily pay, term-time only schedule, and opportunities to train in Positive Behaviour Support and safeguarding. You will collaborate with teachers, therapists and other staff to create a safe, nurturing learning environment.
