Senior Social Worker – Short Breaks & Practice Lead

Halton Borough Council’s Short Breaks Team is recruiting an Advanced Practitioner to provide expert practice leadership and mentorship to Social Workers. The post focuses on supporting children and young people with disabilities and their families, delivering high-quality, child-centered services.

You will lead on assessments and care planning, safeguard where required, and work with partners to achieve the best outcomes, promoting strengths-based practice and meeting statutory responsibilities.
