Description: Leicester City Council is seeking a Strengths‑Based Social Worker to engage with community members, develop sustainable support plans, and partner with local services. You will support people to live independently, facilitate conversations that focus on their strengths, and use local resources to find solutions.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Engage with people and their carers to discuss what matters to them.
- Use local information and advice to support them in finding solutions.
- Work collaboratively with social care, health, probation, and housing teams.
What You’ll Need
- Registered with Social Work England.
- Valid UK driving licence.
- Subject to an enhanced DBS check.
