NHS Wirral practice is seeking a medicines management administrative lead to coordinate repeat prescribing and medicines management tasks. You will support clinicians, ensure accurate medication records, and liaise with pharmacists and nursing homes. A strong eye for detail, IT proficiency and experience in pharmacy settings are essential.
Full training provided; EMIS Web experience is an advantage. You will work within a busy team to improve efficiency and patient safety.
