Maintenance Engineer – Hospitality | London

We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Engineer to join a busy hospitality operation across two London sites. This is a hands‑on role responsible for maintaining catering equipment, supporting building services, and ensuring the smooth day‑to‑day running of the premises.

Key Responsibilities

• Service, repair, and fault‑find on electric and gas catering equipment, including fryers, grills, cookers, and refrigeration.
• Support basic HVAC and plumbing maintenance.
• Carry out general repairs, decorating, and day‑to‑day fabric maintenance.
• Respond quickly to breakdowns and maintenance issues to minimise downtime.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and well‑presented environment.

Qualifications

• NVQ Level 3 Electrical Diploma.
• 17th/18th Edition BS7671.
• Commercial Gas Safe certification.
• Strong practical knowledge of catering equipment, HVAC, and plumbing.
