Senior Structural Engineer
We are offering a salary of £80,000 – £100,000, located in London, with a hybrid working pattern (3 days office / 2 days home) and flexible hours. The role includes progression to leadership, a performance bonus and company benefits.
Overview
The position is for a Senior or Associate Structural Engineer who wants to lead high‑profile projects, manage complex schemes, mentor junior staff and work across a diverse portfolio of innovative developments, including sport court structures, vertical extensions, new build communities, remodelling of listed and historical London buildings and many more.
Responsibilities
- Lead the design and delivery of structural engineering projects from concept to completion.
- Manage client relationships and multidisciplinary project teams.
- Review calculations, drawings and technical designs.
- Mentor and develop junior engineers.
Qualifications
- Background as a Senior or Associate Structural Engineer.
- Experience managing structural projects and client relationships.
- Commutable to London.
- Looking for a long‑term opportunity with progression into leadership.
