Part-Time Children’s Services Brokerage Officer

Vibe Care, based in Oxfordshire, seeks a Grade 8 Brokerage Officer for Children’s Services on a part-time basis (18.5 hours/week across 2.5 days). You must attend the office at least twice a month and be flexible to come in as needed.

You will identify, source and coordinate care and support arrangements for children and adults, liaising with providers and social work teams, managing referrals and documentation for cost-effective placements.
