Trauma-Informed Wellbeing Project Lead

South Central Ambulance Service NHS Foundation Trust is recruiting to coordinate a pioneering trauma-informed wellbeing programme for ambulance staff, students and volunteers, supported by the Workforce Wellbeing Fund.

The role will manage training coordination, stakeholder engagement, data reporting and governance to embed equity, psychological safety and responsive care across the service.
