Fleet Workshop Manager: Lead Safe, Efficient Maintenance

Royal Mail Group in North London is seeking an experienced Workshop Manager to lead operations at our North London site. The role focuses on delivering Fleet performance, driving cultural change and achieving key maintenance KPIs including safety, cost and stakeholder satisfaction.

You will manage a dispersed workshops network, drive continuous improvement, and ensure compliance with safety policies while supporting a multi-shift operation and travel to nearby sites as required.
