Aerospace Casting Operator – Training & Growth

Rolls-Royce in Derby is recruiting for a Caster to operate and monitor the PCF Furnace Room, transforming ceramic moulds into cast products. You will work in a hot environment with physical activity, following technical instructions and strict specifications.

Full training is provided; prior aerospace casting experience is preferred but not essential. GCSEs in Maths and English are required, and you should be a diligent, flexible team player committed to HS&E compliance.
