Position Details
Required to start: as soon as possible.Hours: 36.5 hours per week, all year round (average shifts 2pm – 6pm, Monday to Friday, occasional shift variations, some later nights with paid overtime).Salary: Grade 3 (points 9-22) – £27,254 – £33,699 per annum.Location: Ninestiles, An Academy.Mission Statement: Success through Endeavour, Ambition through Challenge, Strength through Diversity.
Key Responsibilities
- Work with the Site team to ensure the smooth running of the Academy.
- Undertake caretaker duties and site maintenance routines.
- Respond to emergencies related to the site.
About You
- Previous experience in estates and facilities, ideally within an educational setting (not essential).
- Ability to work flexibly, prioritise workload and remain calm under pressure.
- Professional, friendly manner at all times.
- Awareness of health & safety (full training provided).
