Description

Scrum Master and Project Manager for software development projects, with strong focus on .Net/C# environments and enterprise software implementation.

• Client‑facing Scrum Master with experience in Agile and project management.
• Comfortable wearing the Project Manager hat, handling planning, monitoring, control and reporting.
• Strong background in .Net/C# development projects and Enterprise/ERP software.
• Familiar with structured PM processes such as Prince II and PMP (certifications not mandatory).
• Mandates self‑management of risks, issues and change control while working with multiple product lines and product owners.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead multiple Scrum teams simultaneously, coordinating across product line teams.
• Plan, monitor, report and communicate progress to achieve successful implementations within time and budget.
• Retain ownership of risks and issues, conduct project review meetings with each customer.
• Implement change control and maintain project schedules and documentation.

Qualifications & Experience

• Experience as a Scrum Master/Project Manager in software development and implementation.
• Proficiency in Agile/Scrum methodologies, .Net/C# development, and enterprise software projects.
• Knowledge of Prince II or PMP processes, experience with ERP/enterprise software.
• Client-facing communication and stakeholder management skills.
