THE ROLE
You’ll be responsible for the installation, maintenance, fault finding, repair, and commissioning of high performance industrial refrigeration systems. Every day brings new challenges and the opportunity to work on complex, mission-critical equipment.
Key responsibilities include:
- Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM)
- Diagnosing and repairing refrigeration, mechanical, electrical, and control faults
- Investigating performance issues: cooling inefficiencies, pressure problems, compressor faults, leaks, control failures
- Completing service reports and technical documentation
- Ensuring full compliance with safety, environmental, and industry regulations
- Participating in an emergency callout rota
Technologies You’ll Work With
- HFC/HFO refrigerants (FGas compliant)
What You Bring
- Proven experience as an Industrial Refrigeration Engineer
- Strong understanding of refrigeration principles and system behaviour
- Confident faultfinding across mechanical, electrical, and control systems
- Experience with Ammonia and FGas refrigerants
- A commitment to safe, high-quality engineering
