Private Client Solicitor/Legal Executive/Partner

Job Description An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced  Private Client Lawyer  to join a well-regarded and expanding firm. This role offers an exciting opportunity for the right individual to step into a key role within the department. n The Role n You will take on a varied caseload of Private Client matters, including: n n Intestate estate administration n Drafting and administering LPAs and Wills n Taxable and non-taxable estate administration n Client-facing probate work n (Optional) Exposure to Trusts and Court of Protection matters, including deputyship work n The Ideal Candidate n 3-4 years PQE n Confident in running files independently, with strong client communication skills n Experience handling complex estates and an ability to manage active LPAs is essential n Trusts/COP experience is advantageous, but not essential n A proactive, professional and client-focused attitude n What’s on Offer n Salary circa £55,000–£80,000 , depending on experience and seniority n Annual performance-related bonus n Hybrid working potential n Clear progression route –  partnership/management prospects  available for the right individual with proven experience and drive n n This is a standout opportunity for a motivated Private Client specialist looking to take the next step in their career within a supportive and forward-thinking firm. n   n   n Interested? n Apply now for a confidential discussion and further details….
