The Role
As a TIG Welder / Exhaust Fabricator, you will work on the production of lightweight, precision exhaust systems using advanced techniques and materials. You’ll join a team committed to engineering excellence and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities
- TIG welding and precision fabrication of exhaust components
- Working with Inconel, Titanium, and Stainless Steel
- Interpreting complex technical drawings
- Using specialist tools such as tube benders and notchers
- Performing quality checks to strict tolerances
- Supporting lean manufacturing practices and workshop efficiency
What We’re Looking For
- Skilled TIG welder with experience in motorsport, aerospace, or high-performance automotive
- Confident working with thin-gauge exotic metals
- Able to read and follow detailed technical drawings
- High attention to detail and quality
- Able to work independently and within a team
