You will be joining a GP Training Practice in Southampton seeking a Salaried GP for 4–7 sessions. This is a genuinely supportive and collaborative team offering a well‑structured working day, protected follow‑up time and strong MDT support.

Flexible on sessions (ideal around 6)

Workload & Structure
Only 27 patients per day
Protected mini‑session for follow‑up appointments (a 6‑session GP would have 8 follow‑up slots batched together)
No home visits for Salaried GPs on routine days
Half‑day duty only, focusing on e‑Consult triage following initial GPA sifting, with 6 appointment slots allocated during for any patients needing review
Admin time allocated to each session per BMA contract.
The Practice also hosts medical students.
Team & Support
Medium‑size list, CQC Good across all areas.
Long‑standing and highly stable team, good mix of Partners and Salaried GPs.
Strong MDT support including:
- ANP
- Paramedic handling most home visits

Qualifications
