  • Contribute AI-ready components, interaction patterns, and documentation to the global design system, maintaining a high-quality bar through design critique and review
  • Support and collaborate with other designers by sharing product thinking, interaction design approaches, AI UX considerations, and workflow optimisation practices
  • Be an active contributor to an experimental, evidence-driven design culture

Benefits

  • Career Experience team, whose mission is to provide every employee with a purpose-driven career
  • Personalized learning and training
  • Flexible working practices
  • Company pension/retirement plan
  • Private medical insurance
  • Employee wellbeing initiatives
  • Compelling time-off policy
  • Hubs across North America, Europe, and Asia, geared toward collaborating, training, socializing, and coming together as a global organization

Qualifications

  • Ability to reason through design trade-offs between helpfulness, safety, latency, accuracy, transparency, and user control
  • Familiarity with AI UX concepts and experience designing AI-enabled features beyond simple chat interfaces
  • Experience in regulated, high-trust, or complex enterprise domains is desirable
  • Strong UI and interaction design skills for complex workflows, with the ability to simplify complexity without removing necessary depth
  • An outstanding portfolio demonstrating strong product thinking, design craft, research-informed decision-making, and measurable product impact
